Compensation & Shift Details

• Gross Weekly Pay: $1,908 (based on 36 hours)
• Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,246
• Hourly Rate: $18.39/hr
• OT/Holiday Rate: $27.58/hr
• Shift: Days (06:30 – 19:00) | 3×12-hour shifts
• Contract Dates: 03/29/2026 – 06/27/2026
• On-Call: Must be available to take call and work holidays as needed.

Core Responsibilities

As an OR Circulator on the Surgery 001 team, you will act as the primary patient advocate and coordinator within the surgical suite.

• Surgical Coordination: Lead the coordination of all disciplines to ensure a well-integrated, safe surgical environment.
• Patient Monitoring: Implement and monitor perioperative care plans; record and communicate patient status to the surgical team.
• Physician Orders: Accurately carry out physician and nursing orders in high-pressure situations.
• Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of the surgical procedure and patient condition.
• Safety & PPE: Strict adherence to Standard Precautions and sterile field protocols using required Personal Protective Equipment.

Required Qualifications

• Clinical Expertise: Ortho and Neuro experience is required. * Licensure: Active Oklahoma (OK) or Compact RN License in good standing.
• Professionalism: Must possess critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to function with minimal supervision in a stressful Level I environment.
