Compensation & Shift Details

• Gross Weekly Pay: $1,908 (based on 36 hours)
• Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,246
• Hourly Rate: $18.39/hr
• OT/Holiday Rate: $27.58/hr
• Shift: Nights (18:30 – 07:00) | 3×12-hour shifts
• Contract Dates: 03/29/2026 – 06/27/2026

Key Responsibilities

On the Medical 9 West unit, you will provide direct nursing care and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Care Coordination: Serve as the primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-integrated patient care.
• Clinical Monitoring: Implement and monitor patient care plans; record and communicate condition changes promptly.
• Order Management: Accurately carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Discharge Planning: Assess and coordinate patient discharge needs with the healthcare team.
• Safety Standards: Strictly adhere to Standard Precautions and utilize required PPE in a stressful, fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

• Licensure: Active Oklahoma (OK) or Compact RN License required at time of submission.
• Experience: Previous Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) experience in an acute care setting.
• Soft Skills: Decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Compliance: Ability to follow healthcare organization protocols and safety procedures.
