Financial Package

• Gross Weekly Pay: $1,908 (36 Hours)
• Weekly Stipend: $1,246 (Non-taxable for eligible travelers)
• Hourly W2 Rate: $18.39/hr
• OT/Holiday Rate: $27.58/hr

Assignment Details

• Location: Tulsa, OK
• Shift: Nights | 18:30 – 07:00 | 36 Hours/Week
• Duration: 13 Weeks (03/15/2026 – 06/13/2026)
• Unit Profile: 30-bed Observation & Med-Surg unit with Telemetry.
• Ratios: 1:5 – 1:6 (Supported by PCTs and Unit Coordinators).

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Care: Implement and monitor comprehensive patient care plans for a diverse medical-surgical population.
• Coordination: Serve as the primary lead for multidisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless patient outcomes.
• Acute Monitoring: Utilize telemetry and virtual sitter technology to track patient conditions and respond to changes.
• Documentation: Accurately carry out physician orders and coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
• License: Active Oklahoma (OK) or Compact RN License.
• Certifications: American Heart Association (AHA) BLS is required.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work in a high-stress, Level 1 Trauma environment.
• Availability: Must be willing to take call and work holidays as required by the unit.
