Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week travel assignment in Tulsa, OK. Joining the Pulmonary Diagnostics team, you will provide critical evaluation and care for patients with respiratory insufficiencies, ensuring the highest standards of patient outcomes.

Compensation & Schedule

• Gross Weekly Pay: $1,908
• Hourly Rate: $18.39/hr
• Weekly Stipend: $1,246
• Overtime/Holiday Rate: $27.58/hr
• Shift: Day Shift (06:30 – 19:00)
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Duration: 13-Week Contract
• Start Date: March 29, 2026
• End Date: June 27, 2026

Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, your duties will include:

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients for appropriate treatment types and frequency; develop specialized plans of care based on diagnosis.
• Care Implementation: Monitor patient care plans and manage complex respiratory equipment.
• Clinical Monitoring: Record and communicate patient conditions to the interdisciplinary medical team.
• Advanced Modalities: Perform advanced respiratory care modalities and administer medications.
• Education: Provide vital health condition education to patients and families, including info on community support groups.
• Emergency Response: Actively respond to emergency resuscitation team codes.

Requirements

• Certification: National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) credential.
• Life Support: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience: Proven ability to evaluate respiratory practice and adjust treatments based on patient outcomes.
