• Weekly Pay: $3,800 gross weekly; stipend $1,246 (M&I $476wk / Travel $770wk) + W2 rate $2,554. Exempt position
• Required: 3yrs clinical RN experience. 1 year of clinical leadership. Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required. Masters preferred. State RN license or RN license from a participating compact state. American Heart Association (AHA) BLS, ACLS, PALS. NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification. Must live outside of 50mile radius from facility. Common Spirit Employees not eligible.
• Job Details: Responsible for the management of clinical nursing practices and patient care delivery on the assigned unit(s). Consistently promotes a positive work environment by being visible and available to all levels of staff and customers. Direct accountability and reporting for cost center.  Maintains clinical RN competency on at least one managed unit. Conduct on evaluation of productivity and collaborate with finance to forecast revenue and expenses to prepare and manage the unit/department’s budget Ensure appropriate staffing plan matching competency with patient acuity. Develop, monitor, and respond to a full range of financial, service, and quality indicators in all areas of responsibilities.

Gross Weekly Pay: $3,800
Weekly Stipend: $1,246
Taxable Base Rate: $2,554
