Travel CNA – Medical Surgical / ER Float

Location: Goodland Regional Medical Center – Goodland, KS

Contract: 13 Weeks | Night Shift (6p–6a)

Position Overview

Are you a versatile CNA looking for your next Kansas adventure? Goodland Regional Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Travel CNA for a 13-week assignment. This is a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) environment where teamwork is essential. You will primarily support the Medical Surgical unit but must be comfortable floating to the ER to assist the team with whatever “walks through the door.”

Compensation & Pay Rates

• Regular Rate: $30/hr ($1,080 gross weekly for 36 hours)
• Overtime/Holiday/Call Back: $45/hr

Key Job Details

• Shift: 12-Hour Nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• Unit Staffing: High-support environment with 2 RNs, 1 Aide (You), and 1 Staff Secretary.
• EMR: Athena
• Scrub Color: No set requirements—wear your favorites!
• Location Perks: No mileage restrictions; open to first-time travelers.

Requirements

• Experience: Preferred previous travel experience, but open to first-time travelers.
• Experience Level: Will consider candidates with under 3 years of experience.
• Certification: Active BLS required.
• Vaccinations: COVID exemptions accepted; Flu vaccine not required.
• Flexibility: Must be willing to float between MedSurg and ER as needed.
