Burn ICU Travel Nurse RN nights – Wichita, KS – $2,860 gross weekly

• Weekly Pay Package: Up to $2,860 gross weekly; $1,246 stipend (M&I $476wk / Travel $770) W2 wage $31.04 hourly, OT/holiday $46.56 hour.
• Hours per Week: 48 hours
• Shift & Time: nights | 1900-0730 | 4x12s
• Weekend Requirements: every other weekend
• Floating Requirements: Not specified
• Requirements: Associate Degree in Nursing is required; bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred. State RN license or RN license from a participating compact state. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS). NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification. Must live outside of 50mile radius from facility to qualify for travel rates; local rates variable.
• Job Details:  Assessing the severity of burns, administering immediate wound care, providing pain management, assisting with surgical procedures related to burn injuries, and offering emotional support to patients and their families during the often-traumatic recovery process. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement comprehensive treatment plans and provide post-care instructions for patients to follow once they leave the hospital. A solid foundation in wound care, coupled with knowledge specific to the complexities of burn injuries.

Gross Weekly Pay: $2,860
Weekly Stipend: $1,246
Taxable Base Rate: $31.04 hour
