How Level 1 Nurse Staffing Started

Level 1 Nurse Staffing was born from a deeply personal and profound experience. Our founders started their careers as two dedicated bedside nurses in a Level 1 Trauma Hospital. Therefore, they each spent years caring for patients on the front lines of healthcare, witnessing the consequences of staffing shortages on nurses, hospitals, and most importantly, patients.

Seeing their colleagues struggle with excessive workloads, long hours, and the emotional toll of being unable to provide the level of care patients deserved, they embarked on a mission to create a staffing agency that focuses on nurse well-being and enhanced patient care.

With an intimate understanding of the challenges nurses face, Level 1 Nurse Staffing’s goal is to provide 24/7 support to their staff, ultimately increasing the quality of patient care.
