Contract Length: 13 weeks
Weekly Pay: $2,320 gross weekly includes stipend $1,505, W2 rate $20.37 hour, Holiday/OT $30.55 hour
Required: Minimum of two years Hospice experience. Must take admissions independently. Looking for someone to hit the ground running and willing to step in and help. Flu vaccine required.
On Call: Once per week and most likely only as backup to the LPN on call.

Gross Weekly Pay: $2,320
Weekly Stipend: $1,505
Taxable Base Rate: $20.37/hr
