Cardiac ICU Travel Registered Nurse – Wichita, KS – $2,746 gross weekly 48hrs

• Weekly Pay Package: $1,246 stipend (M&I $476wk / Travel $770) W2 wage $28.85 hourly, for weekly gross total of $2,746, OT & Holiday $43.28hr.
• Hours per Week: 48hrs

• Weekend Requirements: every other weekend

• Requirements: Associate Degree in Nursing is required; bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred. State RN license or RN license from a participating compact state. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification. Must live outside of 50mile radius from facility to qualify for travel rates; local rates variable.
• Job Details: Monitor and assess cardiac patients.  Administer medications, manage IV drips and infusions. Operate and monitor life-support and cardiac equipment. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams on treatment plans.  Respond to cardiac emergencies and perform life-saving intervention. Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions and recovery.
