LDR OB Travel Nurse RN – Great Bend, KS – up to $2,520 gross weekly

• Setting: Rural Community Hospital, 8 bed Mother Baby Unit.
• Start Date: 5/11/25
• Shift: nights / 3x12s / 1845-0715 / 36hrs week / every other weekend / on call 2-3 shifts a month.
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Weekly Pay: $2,520 gross weekly; stipend (M&I $476, Travel $770) + W2 rate $35.39hr. Call back $70.78hr.
• Required: 2 years LDR RN experience. Preferred 3years LDR and 1 year travel experience. Associate Degree in Nursing is required. Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred. State RN license or RN license from a participating compact state. American Heart Association (AHA) BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP. Must have taken a fetal monitoring class (intermediate or advanced) in past 24 months. Must live outside of 60mile radius from facility.
• Floating: MedSurg as needed for overflow patients.
• Job Details: Collects and assesses initial and on-going data about the health status of the patient. Initiates and/or revises an individualized plan of care. Evaluates patient response to intervention/therapy based upon expected outcomes.  Provides care to acutely and critically ill patients, in a highly technical and ongoing monitoring environment. Implements care in a knowledgeable, skilled, consistent manner in reaching the desired patient outcomes through nursing processes. Establish priorities of patient care based on essential patient needs and available center resources of time, personnel, equipment and supplies. Coordinates care delivery and education through collaboration with patient, family and all health care team providers to ensure safe, effective and quality patient care. Performs documentation in a timely, accurate, and concise manner. Reviews and carries out physician orders in an appropriate professional manner.
