Shift: nights / 3x12s / 1900-0730 / 36hrs week / every other weekend
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Weekly Pay: $2,232 gross weekly; stipend (M&I $476, Travel $770) + W2 rate $27.39hr.
Required: 2years RN experience. Associate Degree in Nursing is required. Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred. State RN license or RN license from a participating compact state. American Heart Association (AHA) BLS, ACLS, PALS. NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification. TNCC or ATCN. Must live outside of 60mile radius from facility.
Floating: not routine however in situations of emergent / crisis floating may be required to another facility within the system located within sixty (60) miles of the original assignment location.
Job Details: Use emergency triage protocol to intake, discharge or admit patients. Deliver stabilizing care to emergency patients of all ages as part of the larger ER team, adapting care to changes in patient’s condition as needed. Use knowledge of cultural differences to provide patient care that is sensitive to and consistent with cultural values, beliefs, and customs. Document the nursing care plan and changes in the patient’s condition. Engage in other activities that will benefit patient outcomes, such as patient experience initiatives, mentoring, etc.

Gross Weekly Pay: $2,232
Weekly Stipend: $1,246
Taxable Base Rate: $27.39/hr
