• Shift: days| M-F | 40hrs week | options for 0700-1700 4 days a week or 0700-1530 M-F
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Weekly Pay: $2,600 gross weekly; $1,246 stipend (M&I $476, Travel $770) + W2 rate $33.85 hour. Call back rate $67.70 hour, on call $4 hour.
• Required: 3 plus years OR Circulating RN experience, no first time travelers. Must have completed 2-3 successful travel OR RN contracts.  Associate Degree in Nursing is required. Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred. State RN license or RN license from a participating compact state. American Heart Association (AHA) BLS and ACLS.
• on call requirements: 10-14 days per month
• Notes: Variety of general surgeries, including laparoscopic procedures such as gallbladder removals, hernia repairs, tubal ligations, carpal tunnel releases, biopsies, endoscopic procedures such as EGDs and colonscopies.  In addition podiatry, pain management services, including RFAs. Facility includes a specialty clinic where you will assist with rooming patients and obtaining vital signs. OB experience preferred.

Gross Weekly Pay: $2,600
Weekly Stipend: $1,246
Taxable Base Rate: $33.85 hour
