- Location: Olathe Medical Center, 2033 West 151st St. Olathe KS
- Setting: 300 bed suburban academic center. Cardiac Telemetry unit is made of 59 beds. RN ratio 4-5:1. The team is supported by a Nurse Manager, Unit Based Educator, Unit Coordinator (Charge RN) out of staffing and Patient Care Techs (CNAs).
- Start Date: 11/17/25 or 12/1/25
- Length of Assignment: 13weeks
- Shift: nights 1900-0730 | 3x12s | 36hrs week | every other weekend.
- Weekly Pay: $2,088 gross weekly; $1,505 stipend (M&I $560, Travel $945) + W2 $16.19 hour
- Floating: will float to all acute care units.
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years Telemetry experience. Must have experience caring for patients straight from procedure with TR Band. Experience with TR Band care and interventions, acute chest pain, cardiac drips, Heparin and Butamax drips, Lasix and Cardizem, ability to measure and interpret a telemetry rhythm, and experience with TIkosyn / Sotalol initiations process.
- Required: KS RN or Compact RN License. BLS, ACLS, NIHSS. Must live outside of 60mile radius from facility.
- Notes: EMR is Epic. Will be required to work either Thanksgiving eve, Thanksgiving, or day after Thanksgiving, as well as Christmas Eve or day, and New Years Eve or day. Will need to choose one to work from each holiday.
Gross Weekly Pay: $2,088
Weekly Stipend: $1,505
Taxable Base Rate: $16.19 hour
